This is a bit of a concern for myself, usually when you make a first time netbank payment to another account or pay a bill with bpay it asks u for a net code number they send via sms. With this they don't, as recently my wife had someone log into her netbank (dont know who, never gave acct login to anyone, not even me) and recharge 5 times to the tune of $200. So as long as someone has your details they can login and recharge without a problem. Also she always logs into netbank via iPhone, hasn't used a pc to log in for ages so the whole virus scanning they recommended wasn't really relevant.
